Personal training is just that, ‘personal’ this means that after an initial consultation to discover the motivation you have or lack towards exercise to help find what sports and exercises make you love to get out and train and enjoy fitness. We can find the right time of day, length of training and type of exercises included and give you hints, tips and programmes to do on your own and continue your journey for as long as your legs will carry you!
I am located in a small personal training studio attached to CamPhysio in Great Shelford, with a large outdoor area I like to use as much as possible. Don’t be surprised if every once in a while we meet off site on a nice day at the Gog’s or Wandlebury – I like to mix up your training sessions to ensure you body and mind gets the most out of the training sessions and you always have fun!
If you have children it also can make it easier to be near to them or have them in the same room while the session is occurring. I’m an aunty of 8 nieces and nephews and used to being productive with little people around.
Session costs are £30 per 45minute session which can be pro rata’d according to the length that suits you.
If you book 10 sessions then you receive a 10% discount for each block of 10 purchased
Sometimes personal training is a little too daunting, and not your idea of fun having someone stare at your every move! But to work out with your closest buddies is what makes the fitness journey fun. These sessions are for up to 5 people and helps spread the enjoyment and the cost of training sessions. The element of competition never hurt anyone either.
Again locations are based on what will suit the group best and can rotate if needed.
Sessions cost £15 each for 2-3 people and £10 each for 4-6
Again for 10 sessions paid in advance you will receive a 10% discount
This is my favourite, 1hr class first thing in the morning or after work to ramp you up and prepare you for your day or help you to vet it out. This is an outdoors circuit style class including interval training, tabata training, partner work and general fitness and agility. This is great for those partaking in any adventure runs to get a range of body workouts alongside any running.

There will be a new bootcamp starting in Thriplow on Thursday at 9.10am at for a free run training session in preparation for the Tom’s Trust Run followed by a 45 minute bootcamp session at 9.30am at Thriplow park. There is also a boxing session at 9.15am Mondays at Thriplow Park. See flyer below.
Family Fitness
The benefits of working out as a family means that kids learn to love it through osmosis by seeing your enjoyment as well as giving time to partake in these together. These sessions are fun for you all to get everyone involved. Depending on the ages of the kids we can either include them in the workout or give them their own version of the workout.
Group fitness training
I am trained in Aqua, free style spin and am available to take classes in larger local gyms or fitness establishments.
Mobile personal training
I have previously worked travelling to clients houses to reduce the stress of having to get to their sessions and then sessions can be timed around toddler nap times to allow you to get you workout done while your baby/child is sleeping in the day. If they wake up, no dramas they can watch, be included or happily play in the comfort of your own home while you getting working hard. All equipment will be brought to your house, just a little space is all that is needed, but I am flexible to work with the space provided.
Prices are £40 for 45minutes with any additional sessions at that location/site being charged at the £30 rate.
